Accounts and Enrollment

You must be at least 16 to enroll. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Course access is granted for the period stated at purchase and is non-transferable.

Payments and Refunds

Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Unless specified otherwise, you may request a refund within 14 days if you have not completed more than 20% of a course. Group purchases may have separate terms.

Acceptable Use and Conduct

Do not misuse the site, disrupt others, or attempt to access content by automated means. Always follow safety guidance in training and in the field; you are responsible for decisions on live jobs.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, text, and designs are owned by Soundframe Guild or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning. Do not reproduce or redistribute without permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Training is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes or earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soundframe Guild is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to the Service

We may modify content, pricing, or features to improve the learning experience. If changes materially affect your access, we will notify you using the email on file.
